We are entering the height of peach season, and I couldn’t be more jazzed. Sitting on the porch, eating a juicy peach is the epitome of summer.
But with keeping up with demand fruits get picked so early, and more often than not when you go to buy a peach it’s rock hard. Not ripe yet.

Wanna know how you speed up the ripening process of a peach?
You rest it on it’s shoulders. That is right, peaches have shoulders. The part around where the stem is, is the fruit’s shoulders.
Simply turn the fruit upside down, so it’s sitting on its shoulders, and you’ll have a ripe, delicious peach in no time.
Isn’t that just peachy!
