Mornings are hectic.
While we’re at it, somedays the entire day is hectic. I proved that the other day when I realized that I had only shaved one leg. I was in such a rush.
But that’s a whole other blog post.
My point being that on days when time isn’t on your side, you can help it along with this smooth tip.

Keep yourself healthy and on time by making multiple servings of smoothies and freezing them in single servings.
Line a plastic cup with a sandwich zip baggie. Pour the smoothie into the baggie and seal it closed. Put the cup inside the freezer and in the morning, (or any other time of day) you can grab and go. By the time you get to work, or wherever you need to be, the smoothie will be thawed just enough to be that perfect smoothie consistency.
Now isn’t that smooth?!
