My cup runneth over.
Seriously.
Our cucumbers are coming in at a jaguar’s pace. Every day, I’m harvesting at least 6 cucumbers. I almost can’t keep up.
Almost.
Time to start canning, or as they say in the south, time to put up some pickles.
These quick pickles are a delicious fix, but this time I wanted to make a Classic Dill Pickle – one that would win the blue ribbon at the fair. And after a couple attempts at the perfect brine, I have found the blue ribbon winner.
Are your cucumbers taking over your fridge? Then put up a batch of these and you’ll be tickled that you pickled!
