We’re all about celebrating Cinco de Mayo around here. Not that I need a holiday to truly relish Mexican cuisine, but why not take advantage of the date, live it up, and give your tastebuds a fiesta!
To gear up, I’ve concocted a most delicious version of the margarita that I am calling The Befedrita! Toss those pre made mixes aside, because my mix is superb and the secret lies in the lemon simple syrup. It’s the small detail of lemon peel that adds that delicious oomph and puts this drink over the top! Click here for The Befedrita recipe!
To accompany The BeFedrita, start with this Roasted Tomato Salsa!
And you must make the BEST Chunky Guacamole recipe!
Follow that up with my Chopped Pork Tostada recipe!
And some Steak Soft Tacos!
Serve these dishes, along with The BeFedrita, and you’ll be screaming Ariba! Ariba!
