Have you ever had a period in your life where it’s completely full of random events? Like random happenings where some are totally serendipitous and some are like – what the heck??
Such was July for me, and so in recognizing all things fluky, this month’s Keeping Fed will honor just that. Fluky.
Loved watching all of the olympic trials on TV and I was completely focused on showing Mac and Caroline the athlete’s dedication and determination. But, when I pulled up this video on YouTube, it didn’t favor too well. Little Miss was freaked out with the cooky eyelash lines on the girls, and Mac’s been on his nebulizer ever since. Maybe it’s the nose guards??? I don’t know. Random…
Speaking of my kiddos, today was the last day of summer camp for mine. Little Miss shoved this little guy in her backpack.
Honestly, he’s just not welcome here and I promptly drove him back to the lake. #eewwww
It’s been hotter than Old Billy around here. Though I love the heat, this drink has kept me refreshed.
This dip is amazing!!
A penny for your thoughts? Forget about it!! I should have been doing this all along with dimes.
I’m always looking for a new breakfast treat. I should have discovered this a long time ago!!

Well fan my brow! A great post and thanks for sharing other bloggers work. To share is wonderful and great recipes. Then the garden stuff. I’m going to try some of it in my fall garden and keep some idea for next spring. I love your posts Brooke. You are an inspiration for me. Keep up the good work.

For the past several years my life has been full of random bad stuff. We moved out to Indiana for a huge promotion, got in a car accident. My dh lost his job not a year later. My chronic illnesses have gotten worse and I’ve had two surgeries and a third is looming. We have had a lot of random weird stuff with our three businesses and financial devastation.I recently lost all my data when my computer crashed, then my ipad and iphones froze respectively. And those are just the highlights.
