Avocado Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley chopped
- 2 Tablespoons fresh dill chopped
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chives chopped
- 1 avocado seed discarded and flesh removed from skin
- 1 splash Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon champagne vinegar
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Process until dressing is nice and smooth. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
