Infused Vodkas

Ingredients
  • 4-5 large stems basil
  • 1 (1 liter) bottle, vodka
Instructions
  1. In a 2 quart jar or larger, pour in vodka and add basil.  Let sit in cool, dark place for 5 days.  Give it a gentle shake twice a day.
  2. After 5 days, discard the basil and strain basil vodka into a clean bottle.
