  • ½ cup champagne vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Let flavors blend for at least 2 hours before serving.
