Pear, Prosciutto and Blue Cheese Canape

  • Pears
  • Prosciutto
  • Blue Cheese ( I highly recommend Point Reyes Blue Cheese )
  • Balsamic glaze
Instructions
  1. Slice the pear lengthwise into ¼ inch slices.  Discard core.  Place a small "wad" of prosciutto on top of pear, following with small crumbles of blue cheese.  Drizzle balsamic glaze over canapés. Serve immediately.
