Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons whole grain mustard
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoon pomegranate molasses
- Slider buns
Instructions
- Preheat the over broiler
- In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients thoroughly
- Form lamb mixture into 1½ inch round patties and place on rimmed baking sheet
- Broil for 2 minutes. Turn patties over and broil for 2 more minutes.
- Brush each slider patty with pomegranate molasses while hot
- Place on bun and top with fried onion

I read all three of your suggestions and immediately tried them since I was on my way to the grocery store. I got the stuff and made them before dinner. So when my family came home, all eager eaters, they loved them. I love to spoil my family and these treats certainly filled that bill. They were gone in no time. fortunately I had to sampled before I served them. Am I a favorite in my home tonight.
