1. Looks like mushroom coffee has soared in popularity. I’m seeing people post about it all over social media.

Have you tried it? Supposed to really boost good gut health and loads of other benefits, and from what I hear, it’s delicious. I’m going to give it a try…

How many of you are on the mushroom coffee train? I would love to hear what ya think!

2. Remember a couple weeks ago when I wrote about how “girl dinners” was all over TikTok and how did a typical meal growing up become a girl dinner?

Well, now all I’m seeing is “girl math.” Like, you hold back on getting that glass of wine when out to dinner, then sock away the cost of it to put toward something else like a pair of shoes? I’m watching these videos and I’m thinking to myself “What the heck?! Don’t be outing my “mad money savings” and “rainy day fund.” I took these savings lessons from my sweet Mama.

When did my vocab become so passé?

3. Taylor Swift’s album, 1989, was released and I love it. I have recently become a “Swifty” after I watched her documentaries and read about her unbelievable generocity to her cast and crew. She handed out bonuses to them to a total tune of over $250,000. Rock on, Gurrlll. Rock on!

At this point, she can do no wrong in my book.
