Maple Bread Pudding

- 8 large eggs
- 1 quart whipping cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup maple sugar
- 1 cup maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1-pound loaf brioche bread, torn into bite-size pieces
Instructions
- Whisk eggs, cream, sugars, syrup and vanilla in a large bowl to blend. Add brioche and stir to coat. Let stand at room temperature for one hour, stirring once or twice.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter 13/9/2 inch baking dish. Transfer bread mixture to prepared dish. Bake until puffed and golden and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Cool slightly.
