Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • In a bowl, combine oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, and brown sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together vegetable oil, honey and salt.
  • Pour wet ingredients into the oat mixture and stir well to combine. Pour granola onto baking sheet and spread to make even layer. Place in oven and bake until golden, about 30 minutes. Let cool completely on the baking sheet. Mix in the raisins, and store in air tight container.
