Lamb Sliders

Author Be Fed Again

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 Tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Tablespoon pomegranate molasses
  • Slider buns

Instructions

  • Preheat the over broiler
  • In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients thoroughly
  • Form lamb mixture into 1 1/2 inch round patties and place on rimmed baking sheet
  • Broil for 2 minutes. Turn patties over and broil for 2 more minutes.
  • Brush each slider patty with pomegranate molasses while hot
  • Place on bun and top with fried onion
