Avocado Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh chives chopped
  • 1 avocado seed discarded and flesh removed from skin
  • 1 splash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon champagne vinegar

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Process until dressing is nice and smooth. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
