  • It may come as a shock to you, but this is my first bulb planting rodeo. I’ve never personally been to this show before, but have always wanted to attend. We do have annual flowers that rise up in the springtime that have been here since we moved in, but it’s time we have more. Time to get on the horse.

Before I start any project, I do my research. I read up on as much info as I can, so I have some sort of clue as to what I’m doing. Planting bulbs is no different. From friend’s advice to lots on online articles, here are some valuable tips that I learned.

  • Do you love to go apple picking?

We love to go, and end up coming home with waaaaaaaay more apples than we know what to do with.
    Until now.

And, did you know you can prep and freeze the ingredients for apple pie? Because apple pie ingredients can be used in several recipes, not just pie.

    For real!

Want to know how to peel an apple in about 5 seconds?

I’m revealing all of the secrets and sharing all of the quick tips, so don’t waste another minute and see for yourself!!!

  • If someone were to sit me down and demand an answer from me on which season is my favorite season to plant, I honestly don’t think I could answer them. I say this because, with the exception of winter, there’s so much about planting and gardening that I love with spring, summer AND fall. I feel a great reward with a little dirt under my fingernails.

But I also love a good gel manicure.  You can’t fault me for that.

This fall, in particular, I seem to really be holding on to my garden. I still want to plant and water, and tend. But the nights are already getting cold, and it’s almost time to put my garden to bed for the winter.

However, container gardens are all in favor!!

    I say, I!!

Come on over and let’s plant a fall container garden together!
