Greek Movie + Windex = Quick Tip Friday

Remember in that movie, “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” where spraying Windex on anything was the answer and cure to everything?

I know a lot of that was written just for the movie, but I set out to see if any of “cures” would work.

Enter today’s Quick Tip Friday

I sprayed Windex on a pimple.  The pimple won.

I sprayed Windex on a mosquito bite.  No work-y.  The mosquito bite kept itching until I scratched so much I created a scab.  No good.

My ring on my right hand fits very tightly.  I can never take it off.  But then I sprayed some Windex on my ring and finger, and presto, ring slid right off.

Another very effective use for Windex other than the given, is that it is a superb jewelry cleaner!

I’m serious!

Spray some Windex in a glass, and a little very hot water.  Let your jewelry sit for a few minutes, and just like that, your jewels come out very sparkly!  So great!
