I’m starting a new series on my blog called Keeping Fed. These posts will be published once a month, and will talk about all kinds of good things. Foods that I enjoy; my favorite blogs; moments that I capture on camera; and any random things that I want to share to all of you. Hence, Keeping Fed.

Let’s start with some of the BEST cookies I have ever tasted. Dana of Dana’s Cookies makes a chocolate chip cookie like no other. And to top it off, when you receive them in the mail, they are packaged beautifully. Made me feel like I was receiving a present – and I was! Check her out here.
Want to read a terrific blog? Check out The Accidental Stepmom. Terrific writer. Awesome subjects. Absolutely a blogger whose posts I read more than once. Check her out here.
We ate at Mill House Brewing Company recently. This is one of Sean’s and my favorite restaurants in Dutchess County. The food is unbelievable and the craft beer is awesome. They also make their own sausages. They ship anywhere in the U.S. Some of their sausage cooked up nicely on our backyard grill. I highly recommend this great brewery! Check them out here.
Along the lines of capturing great moments on “film” here are a few.
I went outside after a heavy rain a couple weeks ago and I saw this leaf:

I was stopped in my tracks and slowed down for a few to check out this little guy. This busy bee captivated my time for a spell, as I watched it while it was very busy at work on my marigolds.

Loved walking in on my mom and the Little Miss stealing a moment and reading before bed. Little Miss is wearing my Great Grannie’s glasses without lenses.

And lastly, this beautiful guy popped his head out to say “hello” to me as I walked by his barn. Nay.

I hope you all will enjoy my new series, Keeping Fed. Stay tuned next month as I’ll have more to share to keep everyone fed!
