Every year, I tell myself that this is the year to make a big holiday arrangement. Then, Christmas comes and goes, and I am only left with a lone poinsettia, and no grand arrangement.
So I promised myself that THIS is the year. I went to our trusted backyard and gathered some pine branches; ordered some magnolia leaves off ebay, opened an over-stuffed bin of holiday decor, and set out to conquer.
I decided to use this big pine colored bowl that I have, and had an epiphany that this yellow garden ball thing-y would stand in as a perfect “frog” to keep branches in place.
I clustered all of my “ingredients” on the table, and started assembling. And with each placement, the more jazzed I got. I was loving how this was turning out. (insert McDonald’s jingle here: ba da ba ba ba. i’m loving it.)
And here it is. Big and all holiday arrangement-y. Just what I had promised myself. And I feel it’s pretty blog-worthy.
How many of you always have a holiday arrangement in your home? If you have pictures, I would love to see. Please post in the comments area.
Hello Fabulous!
Ahhh. Thank you, Jeff!!

I love what you did. Living in the hills south of Billings I have access to a number of items to make just such an arrangement. I always look forward to your posts.
