Remember back in college when you could party like it was 1999? You could wake up the next morning, albeit in a fog, but feeling ok and the bounce-back meant a breakfast sandwich from the nearest greasy spoon?
Man. Those days are long gone around here. And sometimes, I feel wretched the next morning even after only two glasses of wine.

I discovered something that was new to me, but has been around for a long time.
B Complex.
That’s right. B complex vitamins are a cluster of eight vitamins: folic acid, biotin, niacin, thiiamine, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, and cyanocobalamin, better known as B12. These vitamins are foods we eat every day, but during a hangover, we need an extra dose.
Along with good hydration, vitamin B complex can put a halt to your hangover and restore lost energy.
The best way to prevent a hangover is to prevent it. But on that rare occasion that you drink a little more than you should, drink plenty of water and take a B complex.
