Christmas is in two days, and I feel like Thanksgiving was just yesterday.
In case all of the holiday shopping has consumed your time and you haven’t had a minute to sit and plan your Christmas menu, never fear. Let me do the planning for you. I’m sharing with you a few easy and delicious Christmas menu options that can help put your mind at ease, starting with a couple appetizers.
These Pear, Prosciutto and Blue Cheese Canapés are sure to please. Not only do they look elegant, but taste just as fancy and no one has to know that they can be put together in just minutes.
While we’re staying on the fancy and simple track, go ahead and make these too. Smoked Salmon Blini.
And these too. Bacon Wrapped Scallops.
I always serve a soup for lunch on Christmas Eve, and I have one warming on the stove for Christmas day. Cream of Mushroom Soup always makes the list.
Looking for an ultimate recipe that will knock everyone’s socks off? This recipe is so easy to make, you’ll want to keep it a secret! The dish looks beautiful and is melt-in-your-mouth flavorful!
These Korean Style Short Ribs are D I V I N E!! These short ribs cook in the slow cooker. Toss all the ingredients in, and enjoy Christmas day. It’s like putting a couple hours back in your pocket.
How about this comforting side dish! My ultimate Mac & Cheese!

We always do Tamales and Pazoli soup Christmas Eve! I love that we’re not the only one that does soup the night before! We eat so much during the holidays, it’s nice to have some warming soup to tide us over until the BIG DAY!
