You know you’re eating at a good, tried and true place when it’s packed full of people. And you know the old saying: “You’ve got to eat where the truckers eat.”
Same goes for peeling a banana. You’ve got to follow the masters.
And this is my Quick Tip Friday.
Turns out, I’ve been peeling bananas incorrectly my whole life.
Until now.
You start at the bottom. Squeeze the tip with your fingers and pull apart. Then peel down the rind. Easy breezy.
No mushy top. No knife cut needed. No annoying strings.
Just like the monkeys.
Enjoy today’s Quick Tip Friday!
