Though I like to think of myself as a creative type; a good DIYer that can problem solve and can hold her own in decorating and cooking, a skilled craftsman, I am not.
I wish.
I mean like blowing stunning glass sculptures, or welding iron statues; tossing some clay on a potting wheel and creating the perfect and unique pot for a plant. Someone who can design and create a two tiered serving platter with a vase column. I mean really, that’s talent that I wish I had. However, the talent that I do have is finding such a beautiful piece and adding it to my collection of entertaining wares.
Full of beautiful designs, UncommonGoods is the place to find hand crafted products, each with a story behind them. Talented artisans from all over the world coming together in one place to find delight in design. UncommonGoods is the heart of the artisan.
As I love to entertain, I’m always looking to find unique serving platters. This two tiered serving tray vase is gorgeous! Crafted by hand, it truly is a stunner. As I layered on the cupcakes and cookies, I thought about the person who designed this piece. The thought process and their impeccable eye for detail. Their hands.
Simplicity is so elegant.
The vase column down the middle is the cherry on top. A way to show more design, more texture, more color, more conversation. A piece that can even be displayed on its own. All made by hand.
You can buy this Two Tiered Serving Tray here. And while you’re at it, shop here and here to for more inspiration and gifts!
