It’s official. Summer flew by and tailgating season is now open!
And if you’re at all like me, the food and tailgating is more important than the game. Ok, so maybe not as mportant than the game, but why else do people claim their parking places and set up their tables hours before kickoff?
All for the fun!
For Labor Day yesterday, I made this delicious menu of Fried Chicken,
and Matchstick Slaw,
And while I was savoring every bite, I got to thinking that this menu is PERFECT for tailgating! Everything can be made ahead and warmed up at your favorite tailgating spot.
Want more tailgating salad options?
Try this salad.
And this salad.
And while you’re at it, make a few of these to bring along.
Hey, maybe it is all about the food…
Here’s to tasty tailgating!
