I’m so jealous! It’s the dead season in Miami. We plant in September.

Funny I should come across this post! I’ve plucked out almost everything and now the cucumbers are going nuts so I gave up on trying to replant for a Fall crop lol. Hoping to have a larger garden area at our new house! Saving your post to reference back to then!

What a great post. Here i have been taking my old plants out and doing nothing with the soil. Today I stilled out my pea vines and planted lettuce, a bit at a time so I will have it for the summer. Then I will plant Brussel sprouts in early fall and have a new use for my husband’s old tee shirts, other than for dust rags. Thanks you, thank you, thank you.
