Infused Vodkas

- 4-5 large stems basil
- 1 (1 liter) bottle, vodka
Instructions
- In a 2 quart jar or larger, pour in vodka and add basil. Let sit in cool, dark place for 5 days. Give it a gentle shake twice a day.
- After 5 days, discard the basil and strain basil vodka into a clean bottle.
