Rocky Roads

Ingredients
- Good quality bittersweet chocolate
- Dry-roasted and salted peanuts
- Large marshmallows
Instructions
- Shave chocolate, and melt slowly in a double boiler. Chop peanuts and place on rimmed plate.
- Dip marshmallow about half way in chocolate. Hold over chocolate until dripping stops, then dip in peanuts. Rest on plate, dressed side up. Put Rocky Roads in fridge for 10 minutes, until chocolate is firm.
