It was a quiet Sunday around here. It rained all day, which called for my favorite Cream of Tomato Soup and Croque Monssieur for dinner.

You inspired me to do the same….had soup from summer’s tomatoes in the freezer. Have you ever tried a bit of okra fried really crisp as a garnish? Delish!
