Ingredients
- ½ cup champagne vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
