Pear, Prosciutto and Blue Cheese Canape
- Blue Cheese ( I highly recommend Point Reyes Blue Cheese )
- Balsamic glaze
- Slice the pear lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices. Discard core. Place a small “wad” of prosciutto on top of pear, following with small crumbles of blue cheese. Drizzle balsamic glaze over canapés. Serve immediately.
