New York City.  The greatest city in the world.  Bustling with energy and exquisite holiday decor, I have gathered much of my holiday decorating inspiration from walking these illuminated streets, and feeling the verve of the crowds.

So this year, keeping with tradition, I want to take you on a stroll and show you some of my favorite NYC Christmas favorites.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year..

It’s the hap-happiest season of all..

There’ll be parties for hosting

Marshmallows for toasting

And caroling out in the snow.

There’ll be scary ghost stories

And tales of the glories of the

Christmases long, long ago.

There’ll be much mistltoeing

And hearts will be glowing

When loved ones are near

It’s the most wonderful time of the year.

Walking around Rockefeller Center, I was in good company, surrounded by a few million peeps begging for a glimpse of that famous Christmas tree.

The Christmas energy in New York City is palpable.  It’s glimmering.  It’s enthusiastic.

It truly is the most wonderful time of the year!
